 note = {Recently, public facilities is becoming old nationwide. So, municipal government s have simultaneously to repair them, but it is difficulty to continue by financial issue. So, this purpose is investigating possibility to complex of multiple facilities from focusing on educational facilities. We could point out that ratio of all rooms of community centers and specialized rooms in elementary school are low.
