Of these doctors, 18 participated in the debriefing group, and 20 participated in non-debriefing group. Scoring of participants’ guideline perceptions was conducted using an evaluation sheet (nine items, 16 points) created based on the ASA-SED.\nBased on the American Society of Anesthesiologists’ Practice Guidelines for Sedation and Analgesia by Non-Anesthesiologists (ASA-SED), a sedation training course aimed at improving medical safety was developed by the Japanese Association for Medical Simulation in 2011. This study evaluated the effect of debriefing on participants’ perceptions of the essential points of the ASA-SED.\nThe debriefing group showed a greater perception of the ASA-SED, as reflected in the significantly higher scores on the evaluation sheet (median, 16 points) than the control group (median, 13 points; p < 0.05). No significant differences were identified before or during sedation, but the difference after sedation was significant (p < 0.05).\nDebriefing after sedation training courses may contribute to better perception of the ASA-SED, and may lead to enhanced attitudes toward medical safety during sedation and analgesia.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_63":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"SpringerPlus, 3(1), 637; 2014","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Springer Science and Business Media Deutschland GmbH"}]},"item_2_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isIdenticalTo","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1186/2193-1801-3-637","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_2_rights_13":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"c 2014 Komasawa et al.; licensee Springer."},{"subitem_rights":"This is an Open Access article distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly credited."}]},"item_2_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"21931801","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_2_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Komasawa, Nobuyasu"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sanuki, Takuro"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Fujiwara, Shunsuke"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Haba, Masanori"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ueki, Ryusuke"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kaminoh, Yoshiroh"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Minami, Toshiaki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-12-21"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"SprPlus3_5.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"161.9 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"SprPlus3_5.pdf","url":"https://nagasaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/5938/files/SprPlus3_5.pdf"},"version_id":"2c3f9407-2549-4104-abaf-fda804fede75"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Debriefing","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Medical safety","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Sedation and analgesia","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Simulation training","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Significance of debriefing methods in simulation-based sedation training courses for medical safety improvement in JapanSignificance of debriefing methods in simulation-based sedation training courses for medical safety improvement in Japan","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Significance of debriefing methods in simulation-based sedation training courses for medical safety improvement in JapanSignificance of debriefing methods in simulation-based sedation training courses for medical safety improvement in Japan"}]},"item_type_id":"2","owner":"2","path":["28"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2015-01-23"},"publish_date":"2015-01-23","publish_status":"0","recid":"5938","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Significance of debriefing methods in simulation-based sedation training courses for medical safety improvement in JapanSignificance of debriefing methods in simulation-based sedation training courses for medical safety improvement in Japan"],"weko_creator_id":"2","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-16T02:55:53.697343+00:00"}
