The interview was translated from the local language into English and transcribed. The data were assessed by describing and categorizing as pregnancy, childbirth, after childbirth, and feeding of the baby.\nResults: The women recognized the importance of institutional delivery, but also appreciated cultural practices related to childbirth. Goats, bananas, local beer made from bananas, and kanga( Tanzanian pareu or wraparound skirt) were important items not only for pregnancy and childbirth, but also for daily life in the study area. They integrated medical approaches by health professionals and traditional approaches by the family in childbirth.\nConclusions: A transition gap regarding the modern and traditional practices was not clearly observed as in urban areas in the present study area, but it is possible that the same conditions will arise in this area in future. It is necessary to take traditional customs and practices into consideration to improve women’s satisfaction regarding childbirth and delivery.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_64":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"保健学研究, 27, pp.85-90; 2015","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"長崎大学大学院医歯薬学総合研究科保健学専攻"}]},"item_3_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12200909","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_3_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"18814441","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_3_text_63":{"attribute_name":"出版者別言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Master Course of Health Sciences Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences Nagasaki University"}]},"item_3_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ohnishi, Mayumi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Oishi, Kazuyo"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Leshabari, Sebalda"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-12-21"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"hokenn27_85.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"131.7 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"hokenn27_85.pdf","url":"https://nagasaki-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/5955/files/hokenn27_85.pdf"},"version_id":"c0078c85-6a1a-498e-b4f7-acfa15c2e452"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"custom","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"practice","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"childbirth experience","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Customs and practices during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period in the Kilimanjaro area, Tanzania","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Customs and practices during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period in the Kilimanjaro area, Tanzania"}]},"item_type_id":"3","owner":"2","path":["361"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2015-01-23"},"publish_date":"2015-01-23","publish_status":"0","recid":"5955","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Customs and practices during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period in the Kilimanjaro area, Tanzania"],"weko_creator_id":"2","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-16T02:55:25.330169+00:00"}
