The relations are lnN∞±1/T, where the positive and the negative signes correspond to the cases in which the heating temperatures of C film are higher and lower than the temperature at 575℃, respectively. It has also been observed that gradients of the curve of the above equation change in positive values at the temperature near 872℃, which is the M.
