No detailed study has shown whether this means the unfairness the workers are forced to accept or not. If not, it means the rational consequences of some factors which affect the labor market environment. Our goal in this paper is to clarify that the less favorable terms and conditions for local workers can be partly explained by the labor productivity gaps.
