I-STEP (International Student Teaching Education Program) carried out between Nagasaki University of Japan and Hanyang University of Korea that is a major example program with curriculum-based exchanges. This I-STEP started in July, 2004. It is 10th anniversary this year, 2013. This program is a core subject of the elementary education course, the faculty of education, Nagasaki University. Among enrolled students, it is one of the popular curriculum. This report explains the outline and history of this curriculum, I-STEP.
