The phosphonic acid was also detected in hydrolysates of chloroformmethanol soluble fraction (lipid fraction) and protein fraction of the whole milk powder. It has been demonstrated that the milk contains fairly high concentration of ciliatine. The results obtained here suggest that a man may ingest and absorb ciliatine through food chaine like as dairy products., 長崎大学教育学部自然科学研究報告. vol.36, p.95-104; 1985}, pages = {95--104}, title = {Isolation and Identification of Ciliatine(2-aminoethylphosphonic acid)from Acid Soluble Fraction of Skim Milk Powder}, volume = {36}, year = {1985} }
