The results were as follows: 1. The contents of Cd, Zn, Cu, Pb and Fe in muscle of 31 species were <0.01-0.18 ppm, 2.23-15.89 ppm, 0.48-7.25 ppm, 0.10-0.96 ppm and 5.08-50.62 ppm respectively. 2.
