However,PC bridge in which it is located near the seashore shows the example which PC tendon fractured by damage from chloride attack. The damaged PC-tendon may lead not only to the reduction of pre-stress but also structural collapse of the bridge. In this research, the authors have further developed a method of measuring the existing stress state of the PC bridges by stress relief method and optical measurement techniques. The latter is a non-contact and full-field measurement method whereby the displacements on the structure are captured and used to analyze the stress state of the structure.
