In the present paper, we investigate the frequency of errors of astro-calculation about 3 classes (A, B, C) during 3 years. Cadets of these were 103 man-days of navigator course in our Faculty of Fisheries. We obtained the data from their practice notes of astro-navigation during the training voyages from 1973 to 1977. As a result, there was no significant difference among the classes (A, B, C) in the one's school year, but it was found that there were differences througt their experiences among the school years. The percentage of miscalculation of each school year was as follows: Junior classes (3), about 42%; Senior classes (4), about 30%; Postgraduate classes (5), about 28%. The rate decreased rapidly from junior classes to senior classes. There was no difference in the standard deviation between junior and senior classes. Each figure showed ±15~16%. It showed a tendency to decrease about postgraduate classes. This was about ±12%., 長崎大学水産学部研究報告, v.47, pp.83-89; 1979}, pages = {83--89}, title = {天測計算における誤計算の出現頻度について}, volume = {47}, year = {1979} }
