育児期にある226名の母親に対するソーシャルサポートと育児ストレスとについて調査し，低ストレス群と高ストレス群でのソーシャルサポートの違いを分析した．サポート提供者については，ストレスの程度に関わらず主に「夫」と「実母」から心理的・手段的サポートを受けており，今後もこれらのサポートを望んでいた．サポート提供者数及び種類についてはストレスの程度で差はみられなかった．専門職からのサポート状況については，両群とも「医師」や「保母」から心理的サポートを受けており，さまざまな専門職種からの心理的・手段的サポートを望んでいた．その中で「保母」からの心理的サポートを受けている母親は低ストレス群に多く，「保健婦」からの心理的サポートを希望する母親は高ストレス群の母親に多くなっていた． |

We investigated the association between social support to mothers in the nursing stage and stress. The mothers received psychological and practical support from their husbands and their own mothers irrespective of the degree of stress, and also hoped for continuation of this support in the future. The number of support providers and types of support did not differ according to the degree of stress. Concerning the state of support from specialists, both the high-stress and low-stress groups had phychological support from " physicians " and " nurses " and hoped for phychological/practical support from specialists in various fields. The number of mothers receiving phychological support from " nurse " was higher in the low-stress group, and the number of mothers who hope for phychological support from " public health nurses " was higher in the high stress group. |
