The effect of the transmission loss of the sound insulation wall, the sound absorption coefficient of the sound absorbing material and the phase shift by the bellows duct on the noise reduction was evaluated in the wind tunnel test. We also propose a prediction method of the broadband noise generated from a flat plate based on the decision tree, which is one of the regression models in the machine learning. In this prediction, the pressure PSD, which is the training data, is extracted from the measured broadband noise in the wind tunnel test. The transmission loss of the sound insulation wall increased with the frequency in the band from 1000 Hz to 8000 Hz. The bellows duct that connects the centrifugal fan and the plenum chamber was reduced the interference noise of the fan at the blade passing frequency and its harmonics. The wind tunnel test facility with the anechoic room has made it possible to measure the trailing edge noise of the flat plate generated in the high frequency band without the influence of the fan noise and the background noise. In the prediction of the broadband noise by the machine learning, not only the broadband noise of the flat plate but also its discrete frequency noise could be estimated to the same extent as the actual measurement.
