Students were trained to estimate their own heart rate during aerobic exercise in the conditioning class. Their HR estimation was assessed while bicycle ergometer exercise and the measures of constant and abusolute errors were obtained. These variables were compared between enrolled and control students. Results indicated that heart rate estimation could be improved by the aerobic exercise performed in the general physical education class. |
