| 内容記述 | With the heavy rain calamity on July 20, 2003, it became clear that there is a subject in information gathering, dissemination of information, assembling of staff, the official announcement of evacuation counsel for disaster of administrations etc. Moreover, there was a problem also about residents' refuge or individual disaster prevention activities. In the present study, based on the questionnaire to cities, towns and villages in Kumamoto Prefecture, it analyzes about the handling of a local plan for disaster prevention, disaster prevention organization, standard of evacuation counsel for disaster, the present condition of an voluntary organization for disaster prevention, treatment of sediment disaster information and flood-fighting information etc. Several suggestions are presented to improve local plan for disaster prevention of administrations. | |||||||||||
